Mandarin Oriental is rewarding its guests via a new loyalty program
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is rewarding its hotel guests via a new loyalty program which launched earlier this spring.
And with a focus on personalization and improving the guest experience, ‘Fans of M.O’ is also referred to as a ‘guest recognition program’.
An array of complimentary privileges are also on offer with this rewards program in order to improve a stay at any of their venues throughout the world.
Today Mandarin Oriental devotees can enjoy several perks by joining this loyalty program which has a free sign up online or can be joined in person at any Mandarin Oriental hotel.
Instead of gaining points and redeeming them, guests are now rewarded for their stays and can chose two perks when they make their booking online or on arrival.
Otherwise Fans of M.O always receive member benefits, experiences, special events and exclusive offers, free WiFi and a welcome amenity via this loyalty program.
When joining this reward program, if they also fill out a personal profile online or when they arrive, they can then enjoy further personalization and maximum enjoyment and comfort during their stay.
Perks included in this loyalty program at Mandarin Oriental are:
- Streaming WiFi
- Daily breakfast
- Celebratory Treat
- Pressing Services
- Early check-in
- Late check-out
- Dining or spa credit
- Room upgrade
Fans of M.O is a rewards program which is free to join and provides faster booking as well as a membership ID number to use for each stay.
At Mandarin Oriental, New York for example, guests who join Fans of M.O might chose the ‘Dining Credit’ and enjoy modern American cuisine with this loyalty program at Asiate with interesting food presentations and flavors.
This sophisticated restaurant offers stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
An interesting decor here includes a wall of 1300 wine bottles and a unique tree-branch sculpture as the rooms main decorative feature.
The ‘Daily Breakfast’ perk can also be enjoyed by Fans of M.O guests staying at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo.
K’shiki for example is situated on the 38th floor where the breakfast dining experience include impressive views of the city and a buffet of classic western and Japanese food.
By night and at lunchtime Italian food is offered here such as hearty pastas, classic salads and traditional desserts.
At Mandarin Oriental, Singapore possible room upgrades using the Fans of M.O loyalty program include the Premier Suite which overlooks the city and boasts a glamorous oriental decor.
Walk-in wardrobes and a separate living/dining area provide added space, whilst guests can also enjoy walk-in showers and unique and spacious layouts.
