A hotel bar at Amastan Paris in the 8th arrondissement offers all day dining and evening cocktails
Following its opening in 2016 and the boutique hotel, Amastan Paris has become a popular choice of accommodation for discerning travelers visiting the French capital.
Located between rue de Faubourg Saint-Honoré and the Avenue des Champs-Elysées and Amastan is a glamorous, unique and fashionable hotel.
Inside, a mix of classic French and modern interiors featuring copper and brass detailing work elegantly alongside luxurious marbles and oak.
Upstairs at this hotel and 24 well appointed rooms have minimalist furnishings which create a warm, comfortable and graceful ambience.
For Parisian natives however, the hotel’s chic bar, Anouk has become something of a hip nightspot in their city.
Anouk may also suit businesswomen on a trip to Paris who are looking for a lounge bar that’s unique to the city and where they can meet with colleagues.
Open throughout the day and into the night and Anouk is a hidden gem in Paris.
This discreet and intimate hotel bar has been designed by NOCC which is a local, award-winning architect and design studio.
The venue’s individuality sees a pretty and airy garden to its side where lush trees and plants are dotted among rock shelving – these also provide additional, natural seating to guests.
This garden is accessible via bay windows, is home to more than 30 different types of plants and is enclosed by jasmine covered walls.
Otherwise, the overall design of this venue is unlike any other hotel bar and is inspired by the classic and timeless Parisian home.
A central, high ombré marble table creates an inviting and sophisticated focal point, whilst a deep blue parquet floor welcomes guests and is set against marble wall detailing.
With an American vibe, cocktails and mixed drinks on the menu include Anouk’s own goji berry and cherry infused gins with Mediterranean tonic.
Signature cocktails are the El Abogado with mezcal, avocado and a tasty spiced eucalyptus syrup.
Seasonal, light snacks, coffee and juices are served throughout the day at Anouk and can also be enjoyed anywhere else at the hotel.
Dishes include charcuterie, cheese selections and smaller dishes such as a Maine style lobster roll, beef tartare and fresh vegetable ravioli.
At night cocktails, rare spirits and mixers are also offered with a choice of smaller bites.
For non-hotel guests there’s a separate entrance to this hotel bar on the street.
Amastan Hotels is a modern, Paris-based hotel brand by Zied Sanhaji.

Anouk and its garden are open daily to the public and hotel guests. Food is served until 12am and drinks are served from 7pm until 2am.
